       十二生肖也被称为十二年兽。在中国的历法上有十二只年兽依次轮流当值，我们的中国年就有以鼠，牛，虎，兔，龙，蛇，马，羊，猴，鸡，狗和猪应用在历法上。

 

十二生肖属相为什么从立春算起？

 

       根据中国历法，属相按立春划分。两个生肖的划分，既不是以公历的1月1日为界限，也不是以农历的正月初一为界限，而是以24节气中的立春节气为界限。

例如，2016年2月4日17时46分00秒，所以农历2015年腊月二十六17时46分00秒后就是属猴。不一定是到正月初一才属猴。

 

 

   中国黄历以立春确定生肖。“农历”是汉代开始使用的“太阴历”，新年是立春为界，立春是二十四节气之首，生肖以立春为准。

传统的命理学、占卜学等均以“立春”作为生肖计算的依据！包括现在的民间占卜先生也一直沿用传统的生肖定法。因为生肖本与地支同源，不能以当前的春节来定。
